When will I receive my order?
Due to high order volume, domestic orders ship within 4 business days of being placed. We ship via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, and USPS Priority Express. If you require a different type of shipping to get the package quicker or due to issues with receiving USPS at your location please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a quote for shipping.
You can expect to receive your merchandise from 2 – 14 business days based on location we are shipping it to. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. USPS Priority shipping costs $11 for most orders under $150. Standard shipping is free for all domestic orders over $150. Expedited shipping is $55. Shipping costs are subject to change.
Can I track my order?
You will receive a ship confirmation email after your order ships with a tracking number. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your junk folder!
Is my signature required on deliver?
For orders placed inside the continental US, we offer shipping options which require a signature or “waive signature”. If you choose a shipping method that waives signature, Calder Blake will not be held responsible for lost packages.
Calder Blake ships worldwide! As a low cost option for our international customers we offer International First Class mail. Please be aware that once we ship your item, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for any lost packages. International First Class does not come with tracking or insurance.
If you would like tracking and insurance please select Priority Express International Shipping at checkout. International shipping prices vary by weight and range from $25 - $55. Shipping prices are subject to change.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties and import fees.
If a delivery is refused, the receiver is still responsible for the original shipping charges, duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments) and the cost of returning the package to Calder Blake.

Does Calder Blake accept returns & exchanges?
We gladly accept returns on all items purchased at full price in new condition with the original tags attached for full refund, exchange or store credit. If you’d like to order something else, go ahead and place a new order.
Please contact email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order and provide a brief reason for your request. We will reply with an RA#. You will be responsible for return shipping via DHL, FEDEX, UPS or USPS.
For any returned or exchanged items, we do not refund the original cost of shipping.
Tracking is highly recommended as we are not responsible for any undelivered or lost packages. Please note that original shipping is non-refundable. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery.
PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME AND PATIENCE DURING THIS PANDEMIC. IF YOU EMAIL WITHIN THE THREE DAYS, WE WILL HONOR AND PROCESS YOUR EXCHANGE AS SOON AS WE ARE ABLE, EVEN IF THIS IS PAST THE THREE DAYS. YOU DO NOT NEED TO WORRY, WE WILL GET TO YOUR INQUIRY.Merchandise must be returned in new/unused condition and original packaging must be intact and in sellable condition. We do not accept returns if there is extensive damage to the packaging and all labels/ tags must be attached and in originally shipped order.
You can exchange your items for a different size or color, subject to availability If you would like to exchange your items for a different style, please return your items and we will email you a Store Code to order the size/ color you prefer.
Return/Exchange requests that do not meet our policies may only be accepted at our discretion.
Store credit is issued as a digital gift code at the refunded amount minus the cost of shipping. You can apply your gift card to orders placed at calderblake.com until the remaining balance is zero.
Does Calder Blake returns & exchanges on international orders?
Currently this service is only available for customers located in the USA.

How long will it take to process my return?
Refunds are processed within 1 week of the return being delivered. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange/ refunds are processed.
Calder Blake is not responsible for returned packages due to the customer’s failure to accept delivery. If it is returned to Calder Blake we will contact when we receive the package back and send a paypal request for cost to re-shipment of the item. Package will be reshipped when payment is confirmed for return shipping.
What items are non-refundable?
ALL ITEMS ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE – Cannot be returned or exchanged. Perfumes, Candles, Pens, Vintage Books, Incense sets and artwork are FINAL SALE – Cannot be returned or exchanged.
Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
Calder Blake gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 7 days of the purchase date. The difference will be offered as store credit. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Price adjustments do not apply to limited-time promotions. We are unable to offer price adjustments on items that were discounted for any reason at the time of purchase.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
In the case that USPS is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer's refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, Calder online is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, Calder online is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
If 5 or more items are returned from the same order the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
