Order processing takes between 2 - 5 business days, and orders are shipped on regular business days Monday - Friday. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped with 48 hours. You can expect to receive your merchandise from 3-14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We will make every effort to ship your package as quickly as possible.
Taxes: Sales tax is charged to residents living in New York or California. For international orders, a customs duty will be incurred (the amount of which is determined by your country of residence). Calder online is not responsible for the payment of this duty.
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority. International orders are shipped either USPS International First Class Mail or International Priority Express Mail.
We offer International First Class Mail as a low cost option for our international customers. Please be aware that once we ship your item, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for any lost packages. International First Class Mail does not come with tracking or insurance.

How do I track my package online?
Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. For domestic and international orders, you can track your package at USPS.com. Once your order has shipped, please directly contact USPS with any inquiries about the status of your package.
Calder is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays. In cases such as these, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
In the case that USPS is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer's refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, Calder online is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, Calder online is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
We gladly accept returns on unworn goods within 7 days of receiving your order, for store credit or exchange only. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging intact. Shoes will only be accepted if returned unworn and in their original, undamaged box. Undergarments, swimwear, or sale items, including those purchased with a discount code, are considered final sale. Credits and exchanges are considered final.
When returning or exchanging, customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are not refunded or included in store credit. If you received free shipping on original order, the shipping fee will be deducted from store credit or exchange. We are currently a small business and, as we grow we, hope to revisit this policy with more flexibility.
We do not offer returns on international orders.
Internet returns may also be made in person to Calder Blake within 7 days of receiving order date during our normal business hours. We will issue you store credit or you may exchange your item for something new.
MAKE A RETURN
To make a return for store credit or an exchange, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and the item(s) you are returning in the body of your message. We'll reply with your RMA#, which must be included in the address field on your package to ensure proper tracking and handling of goods. Do not return any goods until you have received an RMA#.

Upon receipt of the shipment, calderblake.com will contact you by email to confirm store credit or exchange. Please reference your RMA number when calling or emailing to check the status of your return.
PROCESSING YOUR RETURN
We will process your return as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days for a store credit code. A notification email will be sent after the return is processed. You will have 30 days to redeem your store credit.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back at your expense and store credit or exchange will not be granted.
